Configuring Your E-mail Program Click the Icon of the e-mail program you would like to configure. If you do not know what version of a particular program you have, just open the program, click on the Help menu at the top and then select "About {mail program name}." For Macintosh users, open the e-mail program, click on your Apple menu at the top and then select "About {mail program name}."
