Creating a New Netscape Communicator 4.0x Profile

1. Click on your Start button --> Programs --> Netscape Communicator
--> Utilities --> User Profile Manager.

2. Click the New button on the right side.

3. Click Next.

4. Whatever you type under Full Name will appear in all of your outgoing e-mails. Under Email Address (if available), enter your e-mail address in the form login_name@tm.net. Click Next.

5. Enter whatever you want for a Profile name or use the one that is displayed on your screen. Click Next.

6. Again, enter your name and e-mail address. Under Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, enter mail.ispname.xxx. Click Next.

7. Enter the first part of your e-mail address that appears before the "@" symbol under Mail server user name. Under Incoming Mail Server, enter mail.ispname.xxx. Under Mail Server Type, put a dot next to POP3 and click Next.

8. Under News (NNTP) server, enter news.ispname.xxx and make sure the Port is 119 and the box next to Secure is unchecked. Click Finish.
