Configuring Your FTP Program Click the Icon of the FTP program you would like to configure. If you do not know what version of a particular program you have, just open the program, click on the Help menu at the top and then select "About {FTP program name}." For Macintosh users, open the FTP program, click on your Apple menu at the top and then select "About {FTP program name}."
